3.  Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.  We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time due to issues such as: Product unavailability, Errors in pricing or product descriptions, Fraudulent or suspicious transactions. b.  Payment: Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.  We accept Zelle, Credit Cards (Visa & Mastercard).  Prices are in US currency and may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.

 4. Shipping and Delivery

a. Delivery Areas- We ship to CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD, GA, SC, NC, FL b. Delivery Times: We strive to process and deliver orders promptly.  Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.  However, we are not responsible for delays caused by: Weather conditions, Courier issues, Incorrect shipping details c. Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and order size and are disclosed at checkout.

 5. Returns and Refunds: a. Return Policy- We accept returns for damaged or defective products within 7 days of delivery.  Please contact us at KPCraftBoutique@gmail.com with proof of damage (e.g. photos) b. Non-Returnable Items- Perishable items, customized baskets and gift cards are non-returnable unless defective.  c. Refunds- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method with 7 days.

6. Product Information

We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate.  However, variations in colors, packaging or contents may occur.  Substitutions may be made if certain items are unavailable.

7. Use of Website

a. Prohibited Activities- You agree not to Use the website for illegal purposes, attempt to hack, disable or disrupt the website, Misuse intellectual property or trademarks displayed on the website. b. Intellectual Property- All content on our website, including images, text and logos is owned by KP Craft Boutique.  You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without written permission.

8. Liability

a. Disclaimer- We provide our website and products "as is" without warranties of any kind.  To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for: Errors or interruptions in website access. Damages caused by improper use of our products. b. Limitation of Liability- Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
